I don't know why they categorized it this way, but if you go to Yahoo, click the Computers category, and then search for Icons, there will be a link to "Childhood Icons" with a bunch of bizarre stuff like Kevin's Oddly Different Story Time.

I hate to admit it, but I was morbidly fascinated this past weekend with one feature of the death of Dale Earnhardt. What got me was that they said he had a basalar skull fracture. I didn't know what that was, so I found out. It turns out they're pretty common in auto racing.

Believe it or not, I'm still frosted at Gore's nitpicking over the last election. Check out USA Today's election site for a detailed map of what Gore actually won. He may have won the popular vote, but the counties where he won contained about 15% less people than those won by Bush, and are also the ones that grew less quickly in the 90's.

Here's another thing to put on your list. Microsoft didn't include some useful features in Windows. If you'd like to improve the functionality of your Windows interface a little, go to Download.Com and search for and download TweakUI. It's a great little add-on that you won't forget.Whatever you do, don't go to the Microsoft site to find this - you'll be lost for hours.

The first thing I put up may as well be what is open in my Netscape browser right now: Humane Trophies. This is a company that make animal trophies and rugs that are all fake. Great stuff for kids.
